Title:
HR/Administrative Assistant


Job-Type:
Part-time


Schedule: 5 days a week / approx 6 hours a day


Pay:
$17/hr


Responsibilites:


  • Support the HR department by assisting with recruitment efforts, onboarding new employees, and maintaining personnel records.
  • Process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
  • Assist with the employee relations by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and facilitating communication between employees and management.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive HR and payroll information.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support crossfunctional initiatives and projects.
  • Assist with the compilation and analysis of data for reporting purposes.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) preferred
  • Proven experience in administrative support roles, with exposure to HR, payroll functions, and data entry preferred
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels
  • Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on new challenges
