- Installation and repair of wiring and conduit within the scope of the NEC (National Electrical Code)
- Repair and maintenance of electrical fixtures and control equipment. (Time Clock)
- Able to set and program time clocks.
- Planning for new or modified installations to minimize waste of material, provide access for future maintenance, lock all disconnects when leaving sign.
- Install equipment such as lighting fixtures, relays, ballast, breakers disconnects circuit breakers and fuses. Fasten in place with screws or bolts.
- Use the lock out tag out method.
- Identify and promptly report any unsafe conditions observed.
- Safety harness with lanyard and other personal protective equipment, various ladders, a multi-meter to determine voltage, power tools and hand tools.
- Ability without fearing to climb and work safely at elevated heights, 60ft or more.
- Read blueprints and schematic.
- Ability to troubleshoot and fix electrical problems.
- Must have experience working with voltages from 120 to 240 single and three phase.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
PHYSICAL/MENTAL DEMANDS, ENVIRONMENT:
