    As the Self Storage Manager, you will be responsible for the day to day operation of the self-storage facility including excellent customer service, keeping the property clean, performing landscaping/maintenance that includes mowing/plowing, providing tours of the property, and by meeting revenue goals by renting units, selling tenant insurance and other retail supplies.

    The Self Storage Manager will manage all account receivables by taking full ownership of all collections of delinquent units. The Self Storage Manager must be able to offer exceptional customer service both in person and on the phone.

    The ideal candidate for this position will have an entrepreneurial spirit, strong sales skills and a drive to help the facility succeed Please note that this role will require someone that can mow/plow and perform maintenance duties such as cutting locks, door repairs, minor gate repairs etc.

    Providing excellent service and building excellent rapport with new and existing customers
    Accepting payments and completing daily bank deposits
    Preparing auction units according to procedure and lien laws as needed.
    Meet sales goals for insurance, merchandise, and unit rentals.
    Perform company policies in opening/closing the office each day.
    Respond to customer inquiries and resolve customer complaints.
    Keeping the property and office clean and tidy, walking around the property performing lock checks and showing the units to customers
    Physical requirements of the job include daily walks of the property, cleaning the units and the property, opening and closing the storage doors (up to 50 lbs.), Other general office and maintenance duties

    Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel
    ~ Must have a flexible schedule with weekend availability
    ~ Ability to solve problems involving: residents, personnel, finances, equipment/ maintenance issues, emergency situations, etc.
    ~ Willing to learn and a drive to improve community/asset
    ~ Valid driver's license and clean background required in order to complete daily bank deposits
