How can you help be a part of this exciting opportunity:
- Processing high volume of transactions handling full cycle A/P for multiple companies in a fast-paced environment
- Matching, coding, and posting of vendor invoices.
- Managing paid and unpaid invoice files
- Assist in preparation of weekly check runs, including running of A/P aging reports.
- Respond to vendor enquiries and conduct research as necessary.
- Reconciling monthly statements
- Reconcile & post all corporate credit cards.
- Processing employee expense and mileage reports, using proprietary platform.
- Create & maintain vendor master files, including preparation of the 1099s and maintaining the vendor W9 files.
- Assist with monthend and yearend closing process as well as annual audits.
- Able to work independently and problem solve effectively.
- Ensure compliance with company policies & procedures.
- Lend a helping hand when assigned or determined appropriate.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, Business Administration or related field preferred
- Experience working with Accounting/ERP systems. Dynamics BC 365 experience preferred, but not required.
- Minimum 35 years of A/P experience
- Ability to work as a team.
- Strong MS Office skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skills
- Experience with multicompany entities and intercompany transactions.
- Attention to detail and welldeveloped time management skills.
Salary:
$45,000 -$60,000 (depending on experience)
