Responsibilities:


  • Handle consumer complaints and adverse event reviews, ensuring prompt and effective resolution and uphold compliance and brand reputation
  • Ensure adherence to requirements and conduct investigational research as needed
  • Safeguard consumer product safety and usability
  • Support administration of different Quality Management Systems; Document Control, Change Control, CRM, Training.
  • Implement cGMPs across diverse product categories: dietary supplements, OTC drugs, homeopathic drugs, medical devices, and cosmetics, and keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends.
  • Support labeling approvals process within the Quality Management System and contribute to vendor qualification programs for quality assurance.

You bring:


  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in a GMP environment
  • Wellversed in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Experience working with regulatory agencies i.e., FDA is a plus
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail, ability to multitask and work autonomously
