For 70 years, we have been providing mobility with the brands Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, CUPRA, ŠKODA, and Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles NRW.

For our continued growth, we are looking for a Service Advisor (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities

As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for the care and advice of our customers in the service department. Your goal is to achieve high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
You provide seamless and professional service and are responsible for actively selling service, parts, and accessories. In your advice, you tailor to the individual needs of your customers.
You are primarily responsible for handling complaints onsite and organizing repair processes in your branch. You work closely with the workshop.

Your profile

You have a technical and/or commercial vocational training and are ideally a certified automotive service advisor (m/f/d).
You have previous experience as a service advisor (m/f/d) in a car dealership and have good knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.
You are effective in self and time management and have good communication skills.
Your positive attitude and high customer orientation set you apart.
