Our client, a global specialty insurance group based in
Conshohocken, PA, has engaged us to place a sophisticated, proactive & exceptionally organized individual in the role of _
Executive Business Partner (EBP) to provide Executive/Personal Assistant support to the CEO._ The CEO has a demanding schedule, needs a true gatekeeper/right hand/strategic partner, & values the input & insights of the EBP as a real business consultant.

The EBP has the opportunity to make significant impact to the success of the CEO, as they'll be involved in everything he touches, will display the highest level of integrity/trust/discretion & be entrusted with sensitive/confidential information.

A proactive approach will be critical in facilitating seamless operations at the highest level of the organization. An ability to tackle both business & personal needs is key, as they blend together & are equally demanding.

The current EBP (w/ CEO 8 yrs) is moving to a new role in the company, & will assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition.

Up to 35% expected travel (w/ notice), to include shorter domestic monthly trips, & a couple UK trips per quarter (usually Sun.

Fri.). Casual office attire. _

The EBP will provide administrative, logĂ­stical & project management support to the CEO, as well as support with various personal/passion projects & philanthropic initiatives.

They'll play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO's daily activities, ensuring their efficiency & productivity, & serve as the primary point of contact for the internal/external stakeholders, managing communication, scheduling & logistics, enabling the CEO to focus on strategic initiatives.
