IT Manager (Automation and Knowledge Management Support)

Clearance: Must have an Active Top Secret Clearance

Position Description: Network Runners, Inc. is seeking a Senior IT Manager in Automation and Knowledge Management Support to establish and maintain knowledge management and process automation efforts using tools and technologies available to OUSD(R&E). The role involves providing IT services for setting up online OUSD(R&E) knowledge repositories, optimizing processes, and automating business operations using technology like SharePoint, meeting the evolving needs of the office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Develop scalable, high-performing solutions based on common IT frameworks for OUSD(R&E).
Assist in requirements gathering from OUSD(R&E) stakeholders.
Design and implement integration solutions for real-time processing, support enterprise design, and provide escalated support for solutions.
Conduct group facilitation, training, and knowledge transfer.
Integrate reengineering efforts across the enterprise.
Administer and maintain OUSD(R&E) knowledge management solutions.
Configure service-level agreements, catalog items, and workflows for solutions.
Assist in creating and managing technical documentation, manuals, policies, and processes.

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Minimum of five (5) years' experience in information technology.
Experience may include facilitation, change management, training, process reengineering, business management techniques, or IT system planning and development.

Education:

Bachelor's degree related to computer science, computer engineering, or graphic design.
