Start of apprenticeship:
Duration of apprenticeship: 3.5 years Vocational school: Bamberg Basic and specialized training in the field of metal processing Manufacturing of fixtures and tools for setting up industrial production facilities Optimization of existing tools and equipment Familiarization with various manufacturing technologies, control technology, PLC and robotics Production of complex components using conventional and CNC-controlled machining machines Participation in the production of prototype tools and components for additive manufacturing Setting up and adjusting production tools Conducting quality controls Intermediate school leaving certificate or good qualifying certificate from secondary school Interest in natural sciences such as mathematics, physics and technology Manual dexterity Teamwork skills
