    Job Details:

    SUMMARY:

    The Associate Brand Manager (ABM) plays a crucial role in the brand team, overseeing cross-functional teams in planning, executing, and analyzing various business initiatives.

    P&L and financial ownership for assigned Brands/Categories/Products, ensuring objectives are met for defined business metricsProduct specification to drive desired product qualityProduct tastings to verify spec adherence and qualityFinished goods, ingredient, and packaging inventory managementSupply chain inputs based on product and category trendsCollaboration with sales and demand planning for accurate forecastsWorking closely with quality complaint team to resolve issuesLeading Cross Functional Team projects for cost savings, volume, and profitabilityParticipation in identifying industry and consumer trends to support strategiesPricing strategy development and execution for assigned Brand/CategoriesContributing to Strategic Planning and Growth StrategiesAssisting Business Unite teams with value additionOther assigned duties

    REQUIREMENTS:

    EDUCATION:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred

    QUALIFICATIONS:
    3-5 years of experience in business management or innovation preferredP&L Management and/or Brand Growth experience in the food industryKnowledge of interdepartmental functions and leading cross-functional teamsStrong organizational and detail-oriented skillsFinancial and quantitative analytical skillsSolid presentation skills

    TRAVEL:
    6-10 trips per year
