The AWO Alfred-Delp-Altenzentrum is a senior care facility operated by AWO Gesellschaft für Altenhilfeeinrichtungen mbH and is located on the outskirts of Troisdorf, surrounded by greenery and with good access to public transportation.

The senior center consists of two adjacent facilities with a total of 178 care places, including short-term care places and a day care center with 14 places.

36 of these places are specifically reserved for people with dementia and challenging behavior in Haus Aggerblick. 18 of these places are located on the ground floor in a protected area with a large garden.

Everything is possible with us except for standing still

We are currently looking for a part-time (20 hours/week) caregiver/companion (m/f/d) to join our team at the senior center in University Park.

Caring for and supporting our residents is a matter of the heart for us. It involves:

  • remembering, telling stories, moving, caring, laughing, and crying
  • getting to know people and their stories
  • building relationships
You bring with you
  • qualification as a caregiver according to § 43b (formerly 87b)
  • a positive attitude
