Client Relationship Manager
Employment Type:
Full-time, Monday to Friday
Location:
Onsite at our French Valley office in Murrieta, CA with local travel to nearby client sites
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients at the end of the building process, effectively listening to their needs, capturing information accurately, and ensuring it is entered into appropriate systems.
- Follow through on client inquiries and issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions.
- Manage conflict and deescalate situations to maintain positive client relationships.
- Oversee the closeout details of completed jobs and ensure warranty repair work is handled promptly.
- Manage and grow the gardening division, including routing, employee oversight, quality checks, contract management, and customer service.
- Utilize Office 365, Salesforce, Asana, and QuickBooks to maintain client and project information.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure customer satisfaction with landscaping services.
- Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish, both written and verbal.
- Assist with sales activities and client retention strategies.
Qualifications:
- 35 years of direct customer service experience.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a solid work ethic.
- Strong conflict management and deescalation skills.
- Ability to read, speak, and write in both English and Spanish.
- College degree preferred; industryrelated experience is an acceptable substitute.
- Knowledge of plants, landscapes, and grass is a plus but not required.
- Experience in the construction or maintenance field is a plus.
- Some sales experience preferred.
- Proficiency with Office 365, Salesforce, Asana, and QuickBooks.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- A desire to grow within the company and advance in their career.

Pay:
$ $27.00 per hour
