- Manage driver communication channels, including email, phone, and in-person meetings.
- Work closely with driver recruitment team to onboard new drivers and provide ongoing support.
- Address driver concerns and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, to resolve driver issues and ensure they have the information they need to perform their jobs effectively.
- Track and analyze driver performance data, using insights to improve driver engagement and retention.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices related to driver engagement and retention
- Current or former CDL A holder.
- Highly proficient in using computers, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- A minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute is required.
- Minimum of 3 year's experience in the trucking industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
