    Customer Service Representative
    Position Overview: This role involves a mix of in-office and remote work, with training sessions and weekly meetings at the office. As a Customer Service Account Representative, you will manage client accounts, provide status updates, coordinate production processes, and serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams.
    This position offers a blend of in-office and remote work options within a collaborative team setting.
    Main Responsibilities (Key Functions): The Customer Service Account Representative will handle assigned accounts, collaborate with the sales team, deliver exceptional customer service, ensure high-quality business services, and uphold operational efficiency.
    Tasks include:
    • Order entry with precision
    • Issuing price quotes based on contracts
    • Providing customers with requested literature and price books
    • Managing open orders efficiently
    • Tracking blanket order statuses as per customer needs
    • Cultivating customer relationships via phone and email
    • Staying updated on Change Orders and Addendums
    • Assisting in new product launches alongside the BDM
    • Ensuring accurate and timely client communications
    • Identifying product and service modifications
    • Maintaining inventory levels and ordering stock when necessary
    • Operating independently in daily activities
    Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED, with over 3 years of customer service or account management experience in manufacturing and warehouse settings.

    • Technical aptitude, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    • Professionalism in appearance and demeanor
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    • Ability to work effectively under pressure
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Conceptual grasp of sales and customer support
    • Readiness to adapt to changes quickly
    • Capability to handle overtime work when necessary
    Physical Requirements:
    • Job duties include standing, walking, sitting, talking, hearing, and using hands regularly, with frequent reaching and arm movements.
