This is the task:


  • Design innovative approaches to increase the recyclability of STIHL products
  • Research the state of the art and analyze competitor products
  • Develop approaches at the component level for the 3 phases of product development, product use, and product disposal/recycling
  • Close coordination with various areas of the company

What we are looking for:


  • Degree in environmental engineering, technology management, materials engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or similar fields
  • Previous experience in teamwork and good communication skills are advantageous
  • Technical knowledge in the areas of materials engineering, process engineering, and recycling approaches is beneficial
  • Enjoyment of complex relationships and finding solutions
  • Structured and methodical approach
