For our quickly growing site in
Lisle we are looking for a:

Sales Administrator

Your contribution to our success:

• You process offers and orders for defined customers, customer groups and/or a specific geographical scope.
• You monitor order processing and track delivery dates.
• You ensure customer support and satisfaction from order to delivery.
• You maintain and create customer data in ERP and CRM systems.
• You support and contributed to internal processes such as Rolling Sales Forecast or Pricing where required.
• You ensure good communication with production to monitor orders, deliveries and stocks.

You bring with you:

• You are an experienced SAP user.
• You are experienced with CRM systems and have ideally worked with Salesforce before.
• You have experience working in industrial environments.
• You have a customer focused mindset and are motivated to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You are technologically savvy.
• Multicultural communication is one of your skills.
• You speak and write English fluently, an additional language such as German or French is a plus.

$60, $70,000.00 per year
