Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service
• Drive sales by creating connections and educating customers
• Perform front end point of sales transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness on the sales floor, restroom, and back room
• Replenish inventory and assist with merchandising functions
• Be able to lift 30 lbs repetitively
• Walk, bend down repeatedly, and be on feet for 810 hours a day
• Perform opening and closing duties

Requirements:

• 21 years of age or older
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• 1 year retail experience
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Motivation to learn about merchandise
• Wine experience in a retail sales environment preferred

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Customer service: 2 years (preferred)
• Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
