Our client is a mechanical engineering company that develops and builds systems for the production of high-performance microchips. The technically demanding manufacturing of the chips takes place in several complex processing steps, where microstructures are replicated with high precision. Job Description
- Analyze and evaluate existing and new system/product architectures and derive recommendations for action.
- Identify and derive holistic system requirements.
- Develop a suitable division of the overall system. Define technical system specifications and coordinate interfaces.
- Identify design conflicts and reach possible compromises.
- Collaborate in the development of technology and product architecture roadmaps.
Your Profile
- Completed technical university degree (Physics, Chemistry, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related fields).
- PhD advantageous.
- Experience as a system architect or system engineer. Knowledge of the semiconductor industry is advantageous.
- Fluent in German and English.
