Description

We are looking for a contractor to install an elevator in a five-story building located in Jupiter, FL. The ground floor will not have an elevator stop, so two out of the four neighbors on each floor will need to give up a portion of their terrace to create space on the facade. The staircase will also need to be modified. The elevator will be external and the staircase will be located around it.
