We are currently looking for a full-time or part-time permanent position as a Organizational Development Officer.

We are looking for you to strengthen our relatively new team in the field of organizational development - together with a colleague and a working student, you will contribute to the establishment of this department within our existing organizational structure.

This role is suitable for you if you see yourself as a skilled designer of corporate culture and change projects, and enjoy actively supporting your colleagues through related change processes.

Your tasks

You develop new ideas for the establishment and further development of our organizational structures and processes, and proactively question existing processes
You are primarily responsible for planning various culture and change projects, such as the introduction of a goal management system, and independently implement them
You translate our identified change needs into a concrete action plan; you monitor and control the implementation and make necessary adjustments
