General Summary:
This role is hybrid in Camden, NJ - WHQ; 3 days a week in office is required.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with retailers' content teams to align on process for receiving content (e.g. API's or manual uploads) to get content from Campbell's Salsify to specific retailers
  • Builds strong relationships with retailers' digital site merch and content teams to understand and stay ahead of changing retailer content requirements and capabilities that will impact content strategy
  • Addresses retailers' standards for content, or other content issues, by changing, updating, or removing content
  • Maintains and updates content (Basic and Enhanced) over time on retailer's sites and apps
  • Reviews SKU level content health, collects data to inform SEO recommendations, and determines variation strategy across retailers
  • Addresses any content errors or issues by ensuring the "source of truth" in Salsify is correct and address any gaps or issues "upstream" in the process as needed. Then, push the correct data through the appropriate process or partner (e.g. Retail Link, API, syndication, Vendor Central) to resolve errors or issues on site
  • Develops retailerspecific content approaches to ensure content is optimized for priority retailers, including retailer item attribution (e.g. wellness attributes, etc.)
  • Manages multiple agencies that are involved in content development and/or deployment
  • Manages 1 direct report, Digital Content Coordinator
  • Works closely with Content Project Manager to maintain schedule for new initiative launches (including innovation, pack refreshes or content improvements/updates). Ensures content is kicked off and follows timelines to be deployed on retailer sites in line with product launch
  • Supports the digital execution of item transitions (e.g. item number changes, new packs, disco's, etc.)
  • Receives the 'Priority SKU List' from account teams and tracks items for digital KPI's to ensure best in class content for the most critical SKUs at top retailers

Job Complexity:


Develop and maintain productive working relationship with Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing (Production, Design and Consumer Engagement), Customer Sales teams and IT (PIM, Reporting, Deployment).


Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors degree required

Minimum 5-7 years of experience required; previous experience should include some or all of the following:

  • Knowledge of consumables retail and digital shelf basics
  • Experience in CPG corporate environment
  • Project management / data analytics experience
  • Agency management

Skills Required for success:

  • Confident written and verbal communicator
  • Detailed oriented and process driven (can define and establish new processes)
  • Ability to conduct analyses with data driven recommendations for improvements and advancements
  • Ability to troubleshoot and coordinate crossfunctionally to provide timely solutions
  • Ability to build various levels of strong ongoing customer and organizational relationships across Sales, Marketing and IT

Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$85,900-$140,800


Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
