Your responsibilities

  • You're in charge: You are responsible for the processes and services in your residential area and plan and coordinate staff deployment
  • You are the contact person: You take care of questions and concerns of the employees in your residential area and provide professional guidance to your team
  • You promote and challenge: You train new employees, apprentices and interns and keep an eye on their development
  • You work precisely: In consultation with the nursing management, you conduct nursing and documentation visits

Your profile

  • You have the know-how: You have completed your nursing degree
  • Nice to have: You already have experience in managing a residential area
