    RESUMEN/OBJETIVO:

    Exclusive Cleaning Services está buscando un miembro del equipo de limpieza a tiempo parcial para las áreas del condado de Orange/Seminole. El miembro del equipo de limpieza realiza trabajos de limpieza en oficinas, almacenes, áreas industriales y otros interiores de edificios.

    COMPETENCIAS:

    Realización de tareas de limpieza con el máximo nivel de calidad.
    Realizar el trabajo dentro de los presupuestos de tiempo de producción y presupuestos de suministro.
    Mantener el equipo limpio y en buenas condiciones de funcionamiento.
    Siga todas las reglas de seguridad y participe en el programa de seguridad de la empresa.
    Proyectar una imagen profesional y mantener buenas relaciones públicas y con los clientes.
    Cumplir con las reglas, políticas y procedimientos operativos de la empresa.
    Orientación hacia el trabajo en equipo en determinados lugares/trabajar como parte de un equipo
    Informa al supervisor del sitio cualquier avería del equipo, condiciones inseguras, quejas de los clientes y cualquier otro problema que pueda ocurrir.
    Cumplir con la política de tardanzas y ausentismo
    ***Debe estar disponible por la noche y los fines de semana***
    Debe tener transporte confiable o poder ir y venir del (los) sitio (s) de trabajo según lo programado

    REQUISITOS DE CALIFICACIÓN:

    Para realizar esto con éxito, un individuo debe ser capaz de realizar satisfactoriamente cada deber esencial. Debe tener transporte confiable o poder ir y venir del (los) sitio (s) de trabajo según lo programado.

    HABILIDADES LINGÜÍSTICAS:

    Capacidad para imprimir y comunicarse de manera efectiva en inglés, de preferencia.

    CAPACIDAD DE RAZONAMIENTO:

    Capacidad para aplicar la comprensión del sentido común para llevar a cabo instrucciones de uno o dos pasos. Habilidad para manejar procesos estandarizados con variables ocasionales.

    DEMANDAS FÍSICAS:

    Las demandas físicas descritas aquí son representativas de las que debe cumplir un miembro del equipo para realizar con éxito las funciones esenciales del trabajo.

    Mientras realiza las tareas del trabajo, se requiere continuamente que el miembro del equipo alcance con las manos y los brazos. Se requiere que el miembro del equipo se ponga de pie, camine, camine, se incline, se arrodille, se agache y se incline continuamente. Al miembro del equipo se le exige repetidamente que use las manos y los dedos, que manipule objetos y equipos y que empuje y jale, que trepe y mantenga el equilibrio y que hable y escuche.     Las funciones específicas incluyen (pero no se limitan a):

    Barrer, trapear y aspirar pisos y alfombras con equipo industrial (incluidas las aspiradoras de mochila)
    Ocasionalmente usa escaleras para llegar a áreas más altas para desempolvar/limpiar
    Mueve cajas, muebles, jaulas y equipos para limpiar las áreas designadas.
    Elimina las manchas de las superficies con productos químicos y soluciones de limpieza.
    Barrer los pasillos o realizar otras tareas estacionales según lo asigne el liderazgo
    Limpiar y desinfectar baños
    Limpie fregaderos, encimeras, microondas y refrigeradores en las salas de descanso
    Reponer suministros en baños, salas de descanso y áreas comunes
    Vacíe todos los botes de basura y reemplace las bolsas, limpie los receptáculos, según sea necesario
    Quitar el polvo y limpiar escritorios y muebles de oficina.
    Etiquetado, dilución y uso adecuados de todos los productos químicos según sea necesario
    Usar el equipo de protección personal adecuado en todo momento
    Mantener el armario del conserje en condiciones limpias, organizadas y seguras.
