My expertise spans cloud system management, cybersecurity and bulk email relay administration, with a strong focus on Citrix VDI environments, sFTP client API support, and security compliance. I've successfully led technical teams, implemented innovative solutions, and delivered substantial cost savings. My commitment to a customer-centric approach, coupled with my advanced troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, consistently leads to outstanding results. Key Achievements: I have a track record of achieving significant milestones, such as implementing an API system with IBM Watson Recruiter to seamlessly deploy FTP clients on GlobalScape EFT, aiding new customer on boarding. Additionally, I successfully deployed and maintained a Citrix VDI implementation across multiple data centers, supporting a global team of 250 engineers and support personnel at IBM. Notably, I saved IBM over $200K in annual MS Exchange Server licenses by implementing open source Postfix relays on Linux. At ICS, I discovered and resolved a major issue in their TMS cloud application that went unnoticed which had impacted email delivery to over 10,000 clients and candidates. I was also instrumental in migrating some of ICS’s on premises environments into the Azure cloud network.
