    Responsibilities
    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, objectives, and requirements.
    • Analyze current business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
    • Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and functional designs.
    • Work closely with solutions teams to ensure the accurate and timely implementation of work products.
    • Create and maintain project documentation, including requirement documents, process flow diagrams, and user manuals.
    • Conduct thorough testing of solutions to ensure they meet functional requirements and quality standards.
    • Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
    • Provide training and support to end users, helping them effectively utilize implemented solutions.
    • Monitor post implementation performance and address any issues or enhancements as needed.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to suggest innovative solutions.
    Qualifications
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Proven experience as a Solutions Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions.
    • Proficiency in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and system design.
    • Familiarity with various software development methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, etc.)
    .
    • Excellent communication skills to interact with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
    • Solid understanding of database concepts, data analysis, and reporting tools.
    • Experience with project management tools and techniques.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
    • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Experience with software development lifecycle and underlying tools/technologies
    • Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
    • Experience in facilitating workshops, meetings, or training sessions.
