We are looking for someone to carry out a renovation project in the last quarter of the year in Houston, DE.
The details of the project are as follows:

- Motivation and objective of the renovation: Complete renovation to add a bathroom and modify rooms with the option of using plasterboard
- Which rooms do you want to renovate? Bathroom/s, kitchen, living room and/or dining room, bedroom/s and/or room/s, toilet/s
- What changes will you make in this renovation? Electricity, plumbing, parquet / laminate / flooring, painting, door/s, floors, window/s, plaster / plasterboard, tiling, smoothing walls and removing textured paint
- Do you know the measurements of the property to be renovated? Between 71 and 100 m
- Approximate age of the property: Over 40 years
- Profile of the property where the renovation will take place: In the process of purchase and/or analysis (I am not the owner)
- What stage are you at in the property purchase process? I have a signed deposit contract
- When do you need to start the renovation? I am flexible
