    Job Overview:


    • Lead and guide a team of framers dedicated to building strong customer relationships and providing personalized framing solutions
    • Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable art displays

    Key Responsibilities:


    • Assist the Store Manager in ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company programs
    • Develop and coach team members on effective selling techniques
    • Plan and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions in a timely manner
    • Manage inventory, sales targets, and team performance
    • Oversee framing expectations and coordinate with other team members daily
    • Maintain a positive and respectful work environment, serving as a role model for the team
    • Contribute to truck unloading, stocking processes, and Omni channel operations

    Qualifications:


    • Basic computer skills are required
    • Previous custom framing experience, retail management experience, or sales team leadership experience is preferred

    Physical Requirements:


    • Regular bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
    • Ability to move throughout the store and lift heavy items
    • Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings

    Work Environment:


    • Maintain a customer-friendly retail setting with varied work conditions
