Your responsibilities

Advising and supporting teams and management in pedagogical processes
Qualifying and developing the pedagogical practices of the kindergartens
Ensuring the transfer of information on professional development and didactic preparation for the facilities
Planning, implementing, and reflecting on team, personnel, and organizational development processes in the kindergartens
Ensuring quality standards and supporting the implementation of innovations
Quality assurance and development according to the Berlin Education Program
Contributing to specific goals of the organization while considering legal framework conditions
Cooperating and networking with external institutes, etc.
