    Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and skilled Restaurant Server to join our team

    You will be helping to create The Chichos Experience for our customers during their visit with us by serving the tables in your section, taking dine-in and to-go orders (when necessary), delivering food and beverages in a timely fashion, managing your running side work, and working as a team player.

    We are looking for someone who is passionate about service and loves to share that passion by going above and beyond for customers. A natural-people-person with an eye for the details. You are looking to join a hard-working and efficient team that cares about great food and customer experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • See Host or manager on duty to find out sections and rotation.
    • Take orders from dine-in customers for food and beverages.
    • Deliver all beverages in a timely fashion. Ensure all drinks have proper garnishes and/or straws.
    • Use tray service when delivering food and beverages.
    • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the server sections, dining rooms and patios.
    • Running food whenever needed to both your tables and your teammates.
    • Collect customer payments and provide change in a timely and courteous manner.
    • Keeping track of signed credit card slips and all cash received for payment.
    • Performing opening, ongoing, and closing tasks according to checklist and get properly checked out.
    Qualifications:
    • Minimum 1 year of high volume, fast paced restaurant experience as a server.
    • Ability to memorize all the ingredients in both the menu as well as daily/weekly specials.
    • General knowledge of liquor (well, premium, top shelf), wine, beer and Chichos cocktails and mocktails.
    • Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods of time.
    • Ability to effectively listen to and respond to customer needs.
    • Must have a courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor.
    • Ability to multitask efficiently.
