Lapels Cleaners - Inspection - Assembly - Bagging Position


Lapels Cleaners a leading national brand in dry cleaning and laundry is looking for a motivated person who has great attention to detail to assist in the production area.


Back of House:

As an inspector of finished garments, you will look the garment over for creases, stains, and wrinkles.

You will determine whether or not the garmet will need to be touched up, or if the quality is to pass on to the customer.

We are also implementing barcodes on garments that will be scanned to assemble the orders and then packaging the customer's orders using the Lapels packaging procedures.


Front of House:


Also, we want to keep the workplace clean and tidy so you will be asked to assist in keeping work areas clean and free of trash.

Also, you will be asked to keep your work area stocked with supplies needed to complete your tasks.


REQUIREMENTS:


  • Able to work on your feet for periods time
  • Attention to detail to place the garments in the appropriate slots for assembly
  • Follow instructions for proper packaging details
  • Ability to file customer orders in alphabetical order
  • Verify that order piece counts and garment descriptions are accurate
  • Friendly and energetic attitude when working with fellow employees and customers
