    Description

    Job Summary:


    We are seeking a dependable and hard-working Housekeeping Associate to join our team at Quality Inn & Suites University Boone.

    As a member of our housekeeping team, you will play a vital role in ensuring a clean and comfortable environment for our guests.

    This is a full-time, hourly position in the hospitality/restaurant industry. This individual contributor role offers a competitive compensation of $13 to $15 per hour, paid biweekly.


    Compensation & Benefits:

    • Hourly pay range of $13 to $15 per hour

    Responsibilities:

    • Clean and maintain guest rooms, common areas and other designated areas within the hotel
    • Ensure all rooms are stocked with necessary amenities and supplies
    • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department
    • Follow all safety procedures and protocols while performing job duties
    • Assist with laundry duties as needed
    • Respond promptly to guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
    • Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in all areas of the hotel
    • Adhere to all Quality Inn & Suites standards and procedures
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a positive guest experience

    Requirements:

    • Prior housekeeping experience preferred, but not required
    • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and quickly
    • Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Excellent time management skills
    • Reliability and ability to maintain a flexible schedule
    • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
    • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
