The Conversion Associate II position will report to the Conversion Manager.
As the Conversion Associate II, you will:
- Demonstrate mastery of consultative sales techniques to understand complex client requirements and provide innovative solutions that align with their objectives.
- Utilize advanced features of CRM software and other tools to track and analyze customer interactions, manage leads effectively, and generate actionable insights for performance optimization.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies informed by data insights and coaching feedback to continuously improve conversion rates and enhance overall team performance.
- Act as a mentor and resource for Conversion Associate I team members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to facilitate their professional development and success within the organization.
Your Impact:
- Employ advanced communication techniques and tailored strategies to effectively address client needs and guide them through the decisionmaking process toward conversion.
About You:
- 35 years of relevant sales and or customer success experience with a proven track record of success in driving conversion outcomes.
- Resultsdriven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
- Passion for helping customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and building longterm client relationships.
Even Better:
- Certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Zendesk, or similar tools, is preferred to effectively track customer interactions, update information, and manage leads.
- Experience in the student lending, banking, or financial aid space.
- Previous leadership experience or demonstrated ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
