We practice law in the following states:
Maryland, Virgina, District of Columbia and South Carolina. We are proud to represent some of the nations' largest financial institutions as clients.


Essential Duties:

• Generate pleadings and other legal documents for attorney review.
• File documents with the courts via the traditional and electronic filings methods.
• Perform general clerical duties including data entry, scanning, photocopying, collating, and faxing.
• Outbound calls to Virgina Courts.
• Ensure quality of work while maintaining quantity of work

Education and Experience:

A minimum of 1-year experience in a legal, banking or business field is required.


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Responsible individual who can work both, independently and in a team environment.
• Ability to communicate in an effective and professional manner.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with basic office hardware such as scanners, fax machine, copiers, etc.
• Ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and dependability.
• Reliable Transportation.
• Able to pass background check.

Pay:
$ $17.00 per hour
