    Responsibilities

    The WRBC Specialty Group Compliance Team is responsible for compliance activities of Berkley Operating Units within the Specialty Group Compliance segment. The Regulatory Compliance Analyst role, reporting to the Specialty Group Compliance Manager, involves core regulatory compliance processes such as data calls, regulatory reporting, complaints documentation, regulator inquiries, economic sanctions, and more. Expectations include attention to detail, collaboration, timely execution of compliance activities, and building professional relationships.

    The Regulatory Compliance Analyst's responsibilities include:

    • Consumer Complaints
    • Mail Distribution & Telephone
    • Regulator Inquiries/Communication
    • Data Calls
    • Bureau reporting and reconciliation
    • Economic Sanctions/OFAC
    • Fraud Management
    • Medicare
    • Privacy
    • Paper Management
    • Legislation & Regulation tracking and communication
    • Other duties as assigned
    • Attends industry webinars and training sessions

    Qualifications

    • Proficiency in Microsoft suite: Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams
    • Experience with data calls
    • Knowledge of Westlaw, Nexis/Lexis, or similar services
    • Strong organization and attention to detail
    • Analytical skills
    • Ability to work under time constraints

    Education Requirement

    • High school diploma or GED required
    • Insurance designations or college coursework preferred
    • Minimum 1-3 years Casualty Insurance experience
    • Legal or regulatory compliance background preferred
