    Associate Territory Sales - Capital Equipment

    My client is a leading medical device company within the aesthetics industry. They are seeking to hire an Associate Territory Sales Rep responsible for lead generation, hunting and prospecting for new business opportunities. The Associate Territory Sales Rep will collaborate with senior sales reps on closing deals and creating sales strategies that promote growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Meet/exceed prospecting / appointment setting goals
    • Identity/generate sales leads; prospect and cold call
    • Develop and implement sales strategies; support business strategies and promote growth
    • Collaborate with senior sales reps in closing deals and communicate new business sales strategies within a defined territory
    • Establish and build client relationships with key decision makers
    • Drive sales, efficiencies and promote growth within assigned territory
    • Keep well-informed of available products / solutions, competitors, market trends and articulate the value proposition
    • Attend trainings and present product demos

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Min. 1+ years of B2B Sales experience
    • Documented Sales Success of meeting/exceeding sales goals
    • Experience with hunting and cold calling experience a plus
    • Ability to prospect within a territory with high call activity
    • Strong Communication & Presentation skills
    • Excellent Analytical, Negotiation & Organizational skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, CRM (Salesforce preferred)
    • Ability to travel within territory

    Offering:

    • Base Salary $50,000
    • Year 1 @ plan $100,000 - $130,000
    • Uncapped Commissions
    • Expenses (Car, Travel)
    • Full Benefit Package, 401K
