The Ford Agency is actively recruiting for an organized Compliance Coordinator to join a well-regarded law firm in their DC or NY office. The Coordinator will assist with ensuring the firm's compliance policies and procedures are being followed firmwide.

Responsibilities Include:

Monitor and track compliance requirements and deadlines
Compile documentation for insurance renewals
Maintain the shared calendar with client and Firm's reporting deadlines
Track documents for the compliance team
Draft and file compliance reports
Assist with special projects

Qualifications Include:

1+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
Experience in a law firm preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
Strong organizational and attention to detail
Professional communication skills
