At Nickelsville, our European Site & Network Management continuously develops and enhances our major European locations to ensure their competitiveness. We manage the perfect integration of infrastructure, operational services, personnel services, and logistics with production at our sites. This ensures the basic supply for our business areas, allowing them to successfully operate in the market. Additionally, we provide advice to our facilities on all matters related to environmental protection, occupational and plant safety, health protection, and regulatory compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES



Our unit, the Competence Center for Plant Safety, supports and advises the operational units at our Ludwigshafen site as a competent specialist unit in conducting plant safety discussions. This applies to both existing plants and new investment projects.

  • As the point of contact for the Ludwigshafen site, you will advise our customers on all matters related to plant safety.
  • You will plan safety assessments, conduct them, and create plant-, substance-, or process-specific safety concepts.
  • In the event of incidents, you will conduct root cause analyses and communicate the findings to continuously develop our field of expertise.
  • In addition, you will support training activities as a subject matter expert, give presentations, and write articles for publications.
