Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic Event Staff to join our team for various events. If you enjoy providing exceptional customer service and being part of memorable experiences, this role is perfect for you.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces
- Greet guests and provide information about the event
- Support event organizers with tasks as needed
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all event attendees
- Manage crowd control and assist in emergency situations
- Serve food and beverages to guests
- Perform basic cleaning duties during and after events
Skills:
- Customer service experience is a plus
- Ability to engage in public speaking confidently
- Prior experience in food service is beneficial
- Knowledge of events management practices is advantageous
- Lifeguard certification is a bonus
- Proficiency in conflict management
- Strong guest services orientation
- Background in hospitality or theater is desirable
- Experience working with children is a positive attribute
