    Role Overview


    The Marketing Director will be a key player in our executive team, responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies that resonate with our target audience and drive substantial growth.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling brands, extensive experience in direct-to-consumer marketing, and a hands-on approach to creating and executing marketing initiatives.

    Responsibilities

    • Craft and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the company's growth objectives.
    • Lead brand development efforts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand message across all channels.
    • Oversee all marketing channels, including digital, social media, email, content, and traditional advertising.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer insights to identify new opportunities for growth and innovation.
    • Work closely with the product development and sales teams to create synergies that enhance brand visibility and sales.
    • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources for maximum impact.
    • Mentor and lead the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability.
    Qualifications

    • At least 10 years of experience in marketing, with a minimum of 5 years in a Marketing Director role or similar leadership position within a directtoconsumer brand.
    • Demonstrated success in scaling brands and driving significant business growth.
    • Handson experience in developing marketing strategies and creative campaigns that have achieved measurable success.
    • Strong leadership skills, with a track record of leading and inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results.
    • Deep understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics within the fragrance or lifestyle products sector preferred.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    Legal Agreements

    Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure:
    The Marketing Director will have access to confidential information vital to our competitive advantage. A signed NDA is required to protect this information from disclosure outside of their duties with Lèlior Home Fragrance.

    Non-Compete Agreement:

    To safeguard Lèlior Home Fragrance's business interests, the Marketing Director will be required to sign a non-compete agreement, effective for three years post-employment, restricting their ability to engage in competing business activities within a specified geographical area.
