Your Future. What to Expect

Professional and organizational leadership, guidance, and motivation of the assigned team
Control, planning, and monitoring of operational processes in all manual warehouse areas
Interface and first point of contact for the foreman and assigned employees
Representation of other shift leaders in the overall warehouse area
Coordination with upstream and downstream departments such as goods receipt and other warehouse areas
Identification of potential for improvement and optimization

Your Profile. What You Bring

Completed vocational training in warehouse logistics (warehouse specialist, warehouse logistics specialist or equivalent)
First experience in personnel management
Teamwork skills and enjoyment of working with people
Experience with ERP systems and WM systems desirable
Forklift and crane license
Willingness to work flexible hours
