Job Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daytoday operations of the company
- Manage and supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
- Monitor financial performance and prepare budgets
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, vendors, and stakeholders
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency
- Stay uptodate with industry trends and developments
Experience:
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar role in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction processes and techniques
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and forklifts
- Familiarity with electrical systems and commercial electrician work
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong problemsolving abilities
Pay:
$70, $88,511.70 per year
