Role/Position to Fill:

Assistant Fashion Designer

Role/Position Requirements:

Absolute Requirement
Must be fluent in Korean
02 years of apparel design experience
Graduate in related field(s)
Basic knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks
Legally authorized to work in the United States

Role/Position Primary Responsibilities:

Organize samples, fabrics
Stay updated on industry trends and design garment
Follow up on samples for timely production
Collaborate with other departments to update design/production status
Ability to travel within the US as needed
Collaborate with team to meet daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
Manage daily, weekly, and monthly task timelines and communicate completion of each timeline/task

Standard and Expected Work Hours:

This is a full time position
Standard total work hours of 40 hours per week (8 hour days)
All employees are required to report onsite in person 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (Monday-Friday)
This is NOT a remote position

Expected Wage Range:

- $20 to $23 per hour (higher hourly ranges dependent on industry experience - estimated gross annual: $41,600 - $47,800)
