    Description

    Join Our Team as a Medical Assistant

    We are looking for a dedicated Medical Assistant to become part of our team. As a Medical Assistant, your role will involve preparing for patient appointments, providing support to medical staff, ensuring timely test and lab reporting, and keeping patients informed about their care. You will also be responsible for managing medical supplies, setting up equipment, and maintaining cleanliness in the facility. The ideal candidate should possess excellent customer service skills, a willingness to learn in a medical setting, and prior office experience.

    Responsibilities:
    • Prepare for patient visits, including organizing charts and notes, and setting up medical equipment
    • Clean and sanitize instruments and equipment after use
    • Handle incoming calls, address medical inquiries, and assist in scheduling appointments
    • Assist medical staff with basic procedures and patient care
    • Monitor and communicate lab results, medication refills, and general office tasks
    Qualifications:
    • BLS Certification or Certified Medical Assistant preferred
