Responsibilities:

• Provide crisis intervention and support to individuals in need
• Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans for clients
• Deliver individual and group counseling sessions
• Utilize evidencebased practices such as cognitive behavioral therapy
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
• Maintain accurate and uptodate documentation of client progress
• Provide education and resources to clients and their families
• Participate in case conferences and team meetings

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in behavioral health or related field
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Familiarity with ICD10 coding and documentation requirements
• Knowledge of crisis management techniques and interventions
• Ability to provide child and family counseling services
• Proficient in conducting individual and group counseling sessions
• Experience with Christian counseling principles is a plus

Skills:

• Strong crisis management skills to effectively handle emergency situations
• Knowledge of pediatric behavioral health issues and treatment approaches
• Proficiency in cognitive behavioral therapy techniques
• Familiarity with ICD10 coding for accurate documentation and billing purposes
• Ability to provide child and family counseling services

in a compassionate manner

• Skilled in conducting individual and group counseling sessions effectively
