We are looking for a General Sales Manager who is experienced and who can see the massive potential that this business has.

This is an opportunity for someone who is motivated, organized and experienced to spear-head our sales department and really take it to the next level by working closely with our sales staff as well as banking relationships.

Due to tremendous growth we are searching for our next General Sales Manager to help us take our business to the next level We pride ourselves in taking care of our customers and providing a top notch experience for our customers, by offering affordable and dependable cars.

What are we looking for:
We are looking for a motivated person to fill our General Sales Manager's position.

Must be a real team player that understands how to properly run a sales floor, must be well rounded with experience as a Sales Manager, F+I Manager or Desk Manager.

Qualifications for this position:
A minimum of 5 years experience as a sales, finance or desk manager at a car dealership. Ability to operate with full integrity. Full understanding on how to desk, structure and rehash a finance deal. Exceptional rapport building skills with customers and sales staff.

SUB PRIME EXPERIENCE & STRENGTH IS AN ABSOLUTE MUST.
