- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, professional, timely, and accurate manner.
- Spot potential problems to prevent premature and unexpected breakdowns or callbacks.
- Perform service calls and other assignments as instructed and do so professionally and courteously.
- Handle customer concerns, questions, or problems effectively.
- Fill out all forms and paperwork in a neat, timely, complete, and accurate manner.
- Serve the clients of the company by expertly servicing and repairing heating and air conditioning systems.
- Never sell the client a repair that they dont need.
- Fill out the simple application.
- A recruiter from our recruiting company, Yellowstone Local will reach out promptly for a prescreening call.
- If we are a good fit for each other, they will schedule an in-person interview with the hiring manager.
- We will make an offer if you are a good fit.
- Driver's License
