So, not only do you need a great HVAC system, you need a dependable team to perform all your installation, repair, replacement, and maintenance services.

Pay

$25.00-$38.00/hour
Starting pay is based on experience and skill

Responsibilities

This role focuses solely on the repair & service of HVAC equipment air conditioners, furnaces, boilers, etc. We are primarily residential with the occasional commercial service. Our on-call schedule works to meet your needs a typical schedule would be 2 days on-call and 8-10 days off. Specifically, the HVAC Service Technician is expected to perform the following responsibilities:

Installing, maintaining, and repairing ventilation and air conditioning systems and equipment.
Identifying maintenance risks on equipment.
Diagnosing electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
Cleaning, adjusting, and repairing systems, and performing warranty services.
Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
Providing technical direction and on-the-job training.
Keeping daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
Ensuring compliance with appliance standards and with OSHA
Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers' requirements.
Assisting with customers' questions

Job requirements

Minimum of 5 Years of HVAC experience (preferred)
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
Personable and Dependable
Able to pass a background check and drug test
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
