  • As we place great emphasis on quality in our cheese production, daily sampling from the ongoing production process is one of the most important tasks.
  • As an aspiring dairy laboratory assistant, you and your team ensure that only flawless cheese leaves the farm every day.
  • To do this, you analyze ingredients such as protein, fat, and dry matter, and make sure that no bacteria find their way into our products.
  • You will gradually learn to carry out various analysis methods independently.
  • In addition to your on-the-job training, you will also acquire the necessary knowledge for all other dairy products at the vocational school in Triesdorf.
  • Vocational school: State Institute for Agriculture in Triesdorf (block lessons)
  • After your apprenticeship, you will be a valuable member of our laboratory and can further qualify as a technician for dairy and dairy processing, dairy laboratory master, or dairy master.
