Your tasks:

Independent commercial and partly technical support of administrative objects in the area of residential and commercial properties

First point of contact for tenants and service providers, including conducting handovers and inspections of both residential and commercial properties

Processing tenant inquiries and all other matters with utility companies and craftsmen

Participation in major maintenance measures including modernizations, as well as commissioning, controlling and monitoring external and internal service providers, and processing insurance claims

Ensuring traffic safety
