Qualifications
- **Required

  • 8+ Prior years commercial estimating/project manager experience**:
  • Clean AZ driving record, DMV report required
  • Preemployment drug test and background check
  • Must have good knowledge of the
    trade and the NEC:
  • Must be experienced in estimating and project management, McCormick a plus
  • Must have good technology skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Outlook, Bluebeam and computer estimating
  • Solid communication and time management skills
  • Needs high attention to detail for accurate estimating and project coordination.
  • Must have confirmable references

ESTIMATING

  • Perform counts and take off of jobs using McCormick Estimating with updated material pricing and RDS estimating processes.
  • Present proposal to client and sell work.
  • Create quality bids, timely, proposals with complete scope and follow up with the customer.
  • Have big picture perspective regarding critical path needs on jobsites for all departments.
  • Need a leadership approach for betterment of the company including systems, manager's and best practices.

PROJECT ENGINEER

  • Responsible for Pre job meeting and hand off to Foreman
  • Responsible for accuracy and timeliness of long lead items.
  • Price and process change orders
  • Create new job and budgets.
  • Review and monitor job cost for potential issues.
  • Process monthly billings
  • Assist field superintendent and foreman with technical questions.

Pay:
$76, $100,000.00 per year
